Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

Strawberry watermelon popsicles on black cutting board with strawberry pieces

We love making popsicles at our house during the summer and nothing quite beats this cold and refreshing treat. These are easy to make and are so much better for you than the majority of what you can buy in a grocery store with ingredients like food dyes, artificial flavors, and high fructose corn syrup (to name a few). While you can buy some decent popsicles now at most grocery stores, why not make a quick batch using simple ingredients without any added sugars!? These are the best and the ONLY ingredients are strawberries and watermelon.

It’s so easy to add in some extra fruit into your day with these simple and delicious popsicles and are perfect to make when you have those strawberries on hand that are reaching their natural expiration date. I usually use Zoku classical popsicle molds and this recipe makes enough for 6 popsicles with those molds. These will take you about 10 minutes to make and are ready within 4-6 hours.
