We love making popsicles at our house during the summer and nothing quite beats these 2-ingredient strawberry watermelon popsicles.
These take 5 minutes to whip together, plus they are so much better for you than the majority of what you can buy in a grocery store. Most grocery store popsicles contain ingredients like food dyes, artificial flavors, and high fructose corn syrup (to name a few). While you can buy some decent popsicles now at most grocery stores, why not make a quick batch using simple ingredients without any added sugars!? These are the best and the ONLY ingredients are strawberries and watermelon.
It’s so easy to add in some extra fruit into your day with these simple and delicious popsicles. These 2-ingredient strawberry watermelon pospciles are perfect to make when you have those strawberries on hand that are reaching their natural expiration date.
I usually use Zoku classical popsicle molds. This recipe makes enough for 6 popsicles using these molds. These will take you about 5 minutes to make and are ready within 4-6 hours.
