Welcome to my pantry! What got me so passionate about the food my family and I consume is learning about all the ingredients that are in our mainstream food and what they do to our health. I am on a mission to feed my family and myself only the cleanest, most nutrient dense food. Of course we don’t always eat perfect (we do live in the real world), but when we do, I use ingredients that are as closest to nature (unprocessed) as possible!
