Maple Dijon Dressing

  • 1 mason jar

Ingredients

  • cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Cover tightly and vigorously shake until ingredients are well mixed (about 20 seconds).
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Serving size is based on 2 tbsp. of dressing.
  • Dressing should be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge and will stay fresh for 1 week.
  • If dressing solidifies in the fridge, let it sit at room temperature or put in the microwave for 10-ish seconds.
