Divide ingredients between 2 salad plates or salad bowls.

Notes
I like using a combination of green leaf lettuce and spring mix for the greens, but you can use any variation of greens you'd like.I typically cook my chicken in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop for this salad so it gets nice and seared, but you can use baked chicken, grilled chicken, or poached chicken. Asparagus can be roasted in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes (might need a bit longer if your asparagus is really thick). Toss asparagus in extra-virgin olive oil before roasting.
