Creamy Mango Spinach Smoothie with Avocado

Introducing the best creamy, fruity, green smoothie! This mango spinach smoothie requires only 5 ingredients. I use avocado (no banana here) for healthy fats, less sugar, and extra creamy goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 2 TBSP hemp seeds
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until fully blended.
  • Pour in glass, sip, and enjoy!

Notes

  • I use almond milk as it provides some protein and helps with the creamy consistency, but any milk will work (dairy free or regular cow's milk if you're not dairy free). 
  • If the smoothie is too thick for your liking you can add some additional milk.
