Homemade Whole30 BBQ Sauce

This easy Whole30 & Paleo BBQ sauce is smoky, sweet, and flavor packed!  It's great for grilling, slow cooker meats, tacos, and as a dipping sauce.

- dates - tomato paste - apple cider vinegar - coconut aminos - balsamic vinegar - dijon mustard - smoked paprika - garlic powder - chili powder - onion powder - salt & pepper - water

HEALTHY INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Start by soaking dates in hot water. Then add all ingredients to a 7 or 8 cup food processor. 

STEP 2

Blend on high speed until ingredients are mixed and BBQ sauce is smooth. Add additional water for desired consistency.

STEP 3

Transfer the BBQ sauce to a small sauce pan and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.  

Better than store-bought! Serve your Whole30 BBQ sauce immediately, or allow to cool and transfer to the fridge for later.
