Whole 30 Barbeque Sauce 

- dates - tomato paste - apple cider vinegar - coconut aminos - balsamic vinegar - dijon mustard - smoked paprika - garlic powder - chili powder - onion powder - salt & pepper - water



Start by soaking dates in hot water. Then add all ingredients to a 7 or 8 cup food processor. 

Blend/pulse all ingredients on high until a smooth texture has been formed. Add additional water to reach desired consistency.  



Place BBQ sauce in a small saucepan and heat on stovetop over medium-low heat. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently. 

Serve immediately, or allow to cool and store in the refrigerator. Whole30 barbeque sauce will stay good in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

TIPS: - BBQ as is is thick - add water to thin out if desired. - I recommend Medjool dates. - Recipe makes about 2 cups.
