Vegan Kale Walnut Pesto

 All you need is 5 minutes and 6 simple ingredients for this dairy-free kale pesto recipe!  Bright, flavorful, and is delicious on pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and so much more.

kale  basil garlic clove walnuts salt extra-virgin olive oil



Add all ingredients, except the extra-virgin olive oil, to a food processor. 


Process on high until a paste begins to form and then add extra-virgin olive oil to food processor. 


Pulse again until olive oil is mixed in. If needed, you can add additional olive oil until desired consistency is reached.

This fresh vegan kale walnut pesto is great with pasta, on fish, chicken, roasted veggies, and more! 

TIPS *Make sure to tear kale from the thick inner stems. *You can use walnuts, almonds, or pecans. *Freeze pesto in ice cube trays for singe servings when needed.
