Juicy Air Fryer  Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENTS

- ground turkey - onion powder -garlic powder - salt - mayonnaise -  yellow onion -Dijon mustard

To make the patties, start by mixing x the ground turkey, spices, grated onion, mayo, and Dijon mustard together in a bowl. Tip: use your hands.

Create 4 equal size patties from ground turkey mix. Place on a baking sheet and place in freezer for 20 minutes.

Carefully place patties in air fryer basket and cook at 380-degrees F for 12 minutes.

Turkey burgers are cooked when they reach an internal temperature of 165-degrees F or are no longer pink in the inside.

Remove from air fryer and serve. Great as a lettuce wrap for a light lunch or with your favorite bun for a heartier meal. 

Suggested Toppings: - avocado - bacon - cheese - tomato, lettuce, onion - BBQ sauce  - ranch dressing
