Air Fryer  Turkey Burgers


- ground turkey - onion powder -garlic powder - salt - mayonnaise -  onion -Dijon mustard

Combine ground turkey, spices, onion, mayo, and Dijon mustard in a bowl until fully mixed together. 


Create 4 equal size patties from ground turkey mix. Place on a baking sheet and place in freezer for 20 minutes (so patties can firm up).


Carefully place patties in air fryer and cook at 380-degrees F for 12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 


Remove from air fryer, serve, and enjoy! Try topping with cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, and/or avocado . 


- Use your thumb to place an indent in the middle of each patty to prevent them from shrinking.    - Meat mixture is sticky; wet hands prior to making patties to prevent sticking.
