Paleo Baked Donuts

These Paleo donuts with chocolate frosting have the most delicious cake-like texture! They taste just like bakery cake donuts, but are made with healthier ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

- almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour -baking soda -salt -eggs -apple cider vinegar -coconut oil -vanilla extract -coconut sugar -dairy-free milk -cacao powder  -powdered coconut sugar

STEP 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients to make the Paleo donut batter. Batter will be thick.  

STEP 2

Using a piping bag, or sandwich bag, pipe batter into a 6-cavity donut pan. 

STEP 3

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake donuts for 15-17 minutes. 

STEP 4

Allow donuts to slightly cool before removing them from the donut pan. Allow to fully cool on a cooling rack. 

STEP 5

Make Paleo chocolate frosting and dip top half of each donut in frosting. Allow frosting to fully set.
