Best Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This is the
best slow cooker pulled pork
recipe! It takes just minutes to prep and becomes
tender, juicy, melt in your mouth
and perfect for an
easy weeknight meal
-pork butt or pork shoulder
-coconut sugar or brown sugar
-fine sea salt
Place pork butt and chopped onion in crock pot. Mix together seasoning and rub on each side of the pork.
Slow cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours. Pork is done when it can easily be shredded with two forks.
Remove pork from slow cooker and place on a cutting board. Using two forks, shred pork and place back in slow cooker.
- Trim off any loose fat from the pork before placing in slow cooker.
- Reserve some of the liquid from the pork after it cooks and mix in with pulled pork to keep moist.
