YOU WILL NEED

Mix together spices and herbs. Rub on pork and place in the slow cooker. Cut onion and place around pork.

Slow cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours. Pork is done when it can easily be shredded with two forks.

Remove pork from slow cooker and place on a cutting board or rimmed baking sheet. Using two forks, shred pork and place back in slow cooker to keep warm.

The most common cut for pulled pork is pork butt, also know as the Boston butt.  You can also use pork shoulder. Both are perfectly fine choices and will both end in tender & juicy pulled pork.

This shredded pork is both gluten free and dairy free.  Perfect for BBQ pork sandwiches, tacos, bowls and more!
