Oven Roasted Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

canned chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) paprika garlic powder fine sea salt extra-virgin olive oil

STEP 1

Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas. 

STEP 2

Transfer rinsed chickpeas to a paper towel or other kitchen towel and thoroughly pat dry. 

STEP 3

Add chickpeas to a small mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic; mix with chickpeas.

STEP 4

Place chickpeas on an unlined sheet pan and bake at 375-degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

These crispy roasted chickpeas are best straight from the oven. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge.

Great for snacking! High-protein vegan snack. Add to salads or soups for a nice crunch and added protein.
