Easy Oven Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
Roasted cauliflower steaks make a perfect side dish for any meal!
This recipe is easy to make and is ready in 40 minutes. These cauliflower steaks are perfectly seasoned, have a tender inside, with a slightly crisp outside.
2 cauliflower heads 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Slice cauliflower heads into 1/2" to 3/4" slices to create your "steaks".
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place "steaks" on baking sheet. Whisk together the olive oil, paprika, garlic, onion powder, and salt.
Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mix.
Preheat oven to 420 and bake cauliflower for 30 minutes, flipped each piece half way through cooking time.
If desired, you can sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
This recipe makes 6-8 servings, depending on how much each person eats. Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants, so dig right in!
