Roasted Cashews

Ingredients: - raw cashews




Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Place cashews on a lined baking sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes. Cashews are done when golden brown and fragrant.

Tips: - Use whole cashews, not cashew halves - Leave plenty of room between cashews on the baking sheet - Don't overcook o they will burn

Roasting cashews adds a slight crunch and brings out their natural nutty flavor.  They make a healthy snack and a perfect for adding to salads and side dishes.
