Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Place cashews on a lined baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes. Cashews are done when golden brown and fragrant.
- Use whole cashews, not cashew halves
- Leave plenty of room between cashews on the baking sheet
- Don't overcook o they will burn
