INGREDIENTS -Brussels sprouts -honey -goat cheese crumbles -extra-virgin olive oil -salt (optional)

Start by slicing Brussels sprouts the long way and placing cut side down in an oven safe skillet (such as cast iron).

Once the Brussels are crisp on the cut side, sprinkle with salt and stir. Place in oven at 425-degrees F and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with goat cheese crumbles and drizzle with honey.

These are best served immediately. Either place in a serving bowl, or serve directly from skillet. Enjoy!
