Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Goat Cheese & Honey

These roasted Brussels sprouts with goat cheese and honey will be your new favorite side dish. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with the goodness of goat cheese and honey.

You will need:  -Brussels sprouts -extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil -salt -goat cheese crumbles -honey

Start by cutting the bottoms from the Brussels sprouts and cutting them in half lengthwise. 


Add oil to a cast iron skillet and cook Brussels on the stovetop, cut side down, until fried and crispy. 


Transfer to oven and bake at 425F for about 10 minutes, or until caramelized and crisp. Remove from oven and add goat cheese and honey. 


These are best served immediately. You can serve directly from skillet or transfer to a serving dish.
