Homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola


-old-fashioned oats -pecans -pumpkin seeds -salt -cinnamon -ground nutmeg -ground cloves -all spice -pumpkin puree -coconut oil -pure maple syrup -vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS:  -First, combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Second, whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then add to dry ingredients. Mix until dry ingredients are coated.

Next, evenly spread granola mixture onto a large baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper. Press granola into pan.

Bake at 325-degrees F for 30-35 minutes, stirring granola half way through cooking time. Tip: Press granola down into pan after stirring to help create clumps in your granola!

- allow granola to fully cool before removing from pan - use gluten-free rolled oats for gluten-free granola
