Homemade Pumpkin Granola Recipe


This homemade pumpkin granola is easy to make, bursting with fall spices, dairy free/vegan, naturally sweetened, with an option for gluten free!

-rolled oats -pecans -pumpkin seeds -salt -cinnamon -ground nutmeg -ground cloves -all spice -pumpkin puree -coconut oil -pure maple syrup -vanilla extract


HOW TO MAKE! - Combine dry ingredients in one large bowl. - Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then add to dry ingredients and mix until combined. 

Evenly spread granola mixture onto a large baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper. 

Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes, stirring granola half way through cooking time. Tip: Press granola down into pan after stirring to help create clumps in your granola! 

Allow to fully cool on baking sheet before stirring again. Move to an airtight container for storing. This granola will stay fresh for two weeks!
