INGREDIENTS

-milk (dairy free or regular) -plain/unsweetened Greek yogurt (dairy free or regular) -frozen banana -peaches -hemp seeds

STEP 1

Turn blender on high and blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional milk if you'd like a thinner consistency.
