Peach Banana Smoothie Recipe

frozen banana fresh or frozen peaches milk Greek yogurt hemp seeds (optional)



Add all ingredients, starting with the milk, to a high-speed blender.


Blend on high until creamy and ingredients are fully blended. Add additional milk to reach desired consistency, if needed. 


Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy!
