- almond flour - arrowroot starch or tapioca starch - coconut flour - coconut sugar - baking soda - salt - pumpkin pie spice - ground cinnamon - eggs - pumpkin puree - dairy-free milk/unsweetened - coconut oil - vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Whisk flours, coconut sugar, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. 

STEP 2

Add wet ingredients in with dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. 

STEP 3

Add batter to a 12-cup muffin pan and bake at 350 for 27-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
