INGREDIENTS

rolled oats protein powder chia seeds pure maple syrup milk 

Mix together all ingredients in a food safe container or mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

DIRECTIONS

Prior to eating, top with your favorite toppings. Suggestions include fresh fruit, nuts, nut butter, dried coconut and/or cacao nibs.
