Overnight Oats with  Frozen Fruit

Enjoy an easy and satisfying breakfast with these overnight oats with frozen fruit. Just 5 minutes of prep the night before and you have a filling, nutritious, and quick breakfast the next day Gluten free and can easily be made dairy free. .

INGREDIENTS

-rolled oats/old-fashioned oats - milk - chia seeds - frozen fruit/frozen berries

To a lidded bowl, add the oats, milk, and chia seeds. Mix to combine all ingredients.

Add the frozen fruit (do not mix yet). Cover, and place in the fridge overnight.

step 2

The next morning, you can mix the fruit in with the oats and then divide between two glasses/bowls (or save half for the following morning). 

This recipe can be customized to your liking! - use dairy-free milk if needed - use gluten-free oats - drizzle with nut butter  - sprinkle with coconut, raw nuts/seeds, or chocolate chips
