Fluffy Oat  Flour Pancakes


-oat flour -baking powder -sea salt -milk -pure maple syrup -coconut oil or butter -vanilla extract -egg -apple cider vinegar


Combine oat flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Then add remaining wet ingredients to same bowl. 


Whisk wet ingredients together first, and then mix together with dry ingredients. Let pancake batter rest for 5 minutes before making pancakes. 


Preheat griddle to medium-high heat. Pour batter onto griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Once bubbles form, flip and brown the other side. 

Serve immediately with your favorite toppings. Suggestions include:  - pure maple syrup - fresh berries - sliced banana  - whipped cream - nut butters
