INGREDIENTS

gluten-free oats gluten-free oat flour baking powder baking soda salt cinnamon milk pure maple syrup apple sauce eggs shredded apples vanilla extract

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix together milk, maple syrup, apple sauce, eggs, shredded apples, and vanilla. 

Step 3

Add wet ingredients to the bowl with the oat flour mixture and mix until combined. 

Step 4

Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan (or line with paper lines) and evenly scoop batter between muffin cups. 

Step 5

Bake at 350 F for 13-15 minutes.
