Oat & Honey Granola

This oat and honey granola is so easy to make and is perfect for breakfast or as a snack.  All you need is 10 minutes to get this prepped and in the oven.

- rolled oats (gluten free if needed) - sliced almonds - shredded coconut - cinnamon - fine sea salt - pure vanilla extract - coconut oil - honey - dried apricots

INGREDIENTS

Combine oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine vanilla, oil, and honey. Add this to the bowl with the oat mixture. 

STEP 3

Mix ingredients together until all oats are coated and wet ingredients are fully incorporated.

STEP 4

Spread granola out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 250 F for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.

STEP 5

Allow to cool at room temperature and then mix in the dried chopped apricots (or other dried fruit).
