These nut-free energy/bliss balls are a snack the whole family will love. Plus, they are school safe! Made with dates, tahini, and oats and ready in 20 minutes!
-pitted dates -ground flaxseeds -rolled oats (gluten free if needed) -shredded coconut -tahini -mini chocolate chips
Add the dates, flaxseed meal, rolled oats, shredded coconut, and tahini to a food processor.
Blend on high until all ingredients have been finely ground down.
Transfer the mix to a mixing bowl and add in the mini chocolate chips.
Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture into your hands and roll into balls. You'll get about 18 energy balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. These can also be frozen.
