Mediterranean Bowls 



Add the mixed greens and roasted chickpeas to a bowl or plate. For more protein, add some chicken. 


Add chopped onions, chopped red pepper, chopped cucumber, and cheery tomatoes to the same bowl. 


Lastly, add sliced avocado, kalamata olives, a scoop of your favorite hummus, and some fresh parsley

Drizzled with easy tahini lemon dressing or dressing of choice.
