Maple Dijon Salad Dressing

Skip the store-bought dressings and make them yourself.  Homemade dressing is healthier, less expensive, and so easy to make. Follow this tutorial for making a simple, easy maple Dijon vinaigrette.

 GATHER THE INGREDIENTS

- extra-virgin olive oil - lemon juice - apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar - Dijon mustard - pure maple syrup - garlic powder - fine sea salt

Add all of the dressing ingredients to a medium sized mason jar.

Cover your mason jar and shake until well mixed and dressing has as slight creamy consistency. 

And that's it... dressing is ready! This homemade dressing should be stored in an air tight container in the fridge and will stay fresh for up to 1 week.
