Mango and Spinach Smoothie

This green smoothie recipe is a healthy and delicious way to get a boost of nutrients in your day. Makes for a nutritious breakfast or afternoon snack. 

INGREDIENTS

Avocado (or banana), frozen mango, spinach, milk, and hemp seeds.

Add the mango, spinach, avocado, hemp seeds, and milk (dairy free if needed) to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high until nice and creamy. If smoothie is too thick, add additional milk to reach desired consistency. 

STEP 3

Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy.  

Feel free to include protein powder, frozen banana, or Greek yogurt.
