Kale & Brussels Sprouts Salad

INGREDIENTS

-kale -shredded Brussels sprouts -walnuts -goat cheese -apple -apple cider vinegar -extra-virgin olive oil -fresh orange juice -pure maple syrup -salt

Place kale leaves in a large bowl. Add 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil and massage onto kale.

Add shredded Brussels sprouts to bowl with kale (you can buy pre-shredded to make this salad even easier to throw together).

Add maple vinaigrette dressing ingredients to a mason jar, cover, and shake until combined.

Pour dressing over kale and Brussels. Add apples, goat cheese, and walnuts and toss to combine.
