CLEAN FOOD INGREDIENTS
Combine flours, starch, flaxseeds, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk remaining ingredients, with exception of chocolate chips, in a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour pumpkin bread batter into a loaf pan and sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
