Easy Oat & Honey Granola Recipe
This easy homemade granola recipe takes only 10 minutes to prep!
Made with simple ingredients like rolled oats, honey, almonds, and dried fruit. Lightly sweet and perfectly crunchy.
- rolled oats (gluten free if needed) - sliced almonds - shredded coconut - cinnamon - fine sea salt - pure vanilla extract - coconut oil - honey - dried apricots
In a large mixing bowl, mix the oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk the honey, vanilla, and melted coconut oil in a separate bowl. Add this to the oat mixture.
Mix until all ingredients are combined and oats are fully coated in the honey/oil mixture.
Spread granola out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 250 F for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
Allow to cool on baking sheet and then mix in the chopped dried apricots (or any dried fruit of your choice).
- Allow granola to cool before stirring; this helps to get nice granola clusters. -Don't overbake! -Add additional nuts or seeds. -Great for breakfast or a healthy snack!
