YOU WILL NEED

STEP 1

Place 4 cups of rolled oats in a high-speed blender or food processor. 

STEP 2

Blend on high until all oats are finely ground down into a flour (about 30 seconds). 

And that's how you make oat flour. This recipe will yield roughly 3 1/4 cups oat flour. Add more rolled oats for more oat flour.  Oat flour should be stored at room temp in an air-tight container.
