Healthy Fried Rice (without soy sauce)

YOU WILL NEED

- extra virgin olive oil - chicken - yellow onion - red bell pepper - broccoli - garlic - frozen peas/corn - eggs - cooked brown or white rice - green onions - coconut aminos  - toasted sesame oil

Cut chicken into bit sized pieces and cook in a large skillet, or wok, until fully cooked.  Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet/wok, sauté peppers, onion, and broccoli. Once cooked, add garlic and frozen peas/carrots. 

STEP 3

Push cooked veggies off to one side of the skillet. Add eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Then mix the eggs and veggies together. 

STEP 4

Add cooked rice, cooked chicken, coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, and green onions to skillet. Stir and continue cooking 3-5 minutes.
