Healthy Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

These chocolate covered peanut butter balls are made from real, wholesome ingredients.  With just 6 ingredients, they are an easy and healthy no-bake dessert that everyone will love! Perfect for Christmas and the holidays!

INGREDIENTS

-natural peanut butter -almond flour -coconut sugar -fine sea salt -dark chocolate chips or chocolate bar -coconut oil -coarse sea salt

In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, almond flour, and coconut sugar.

The "dough" should be thick, but moldable. Place dough in freezer for 10-15 minutes before rolling into balls.

Once dough has chilled, make the balls. Using 1 tbsp. of dough each, roll into balls and place in a dish that's been lined with parchment paper.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Using a spoon, carefully roll each ball in the chocolate and place back on parchment paper.

Springle each ball with coarse sea salt and allow to fully set. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
