Ingredients for the Salad

- broccoli - kale - red cabbage - chopped apple - cooked bacon - sunflower nuts

Ingredients for the Dressing

- Greek yogurt - mayonnaise - apple cider vinegar - salt - honey


In a large mixing bowl, add all of the salad ingredients.


Whisk dressing ingredients in separate bowl and pour over salad.


Fully mix the dressing in with the salad ingredients. A tongs or two utensils works best.

TIPS: - cut broccoli in small pieces - add carrots, shredded cheddar, craisins, or cashews - allow salad to chill for an hour before serving
