This gluten-free waffle recipe is made using a blend of simple gluten-free flours.   Perfectly fluffy on the inside with a crisp outside. Easy & ready in less than 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

- almond flour - gluten-free oat flour - tapioca starch - baking powder - salt - banana - coconut oil - egg -milk (dairy free if needed) - vanilla extract

STEP 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flours, starch, baking powder, salt. Create a well and add the wet ingredients.

Whisk the wet ingredients first and then fully mix in with the dry ingredients to create the batter.

Scoop 1/2 cup of batter onto your pre-heated waffle iron. 

STEP 4

Close waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp. Repeat steps until all batter has been cooked.  

These are delicious with nut butter, pure maple syrup, fresh fruit, chocolate chips, or any of your favorite toppings.
