Gluten-free Peach Crisp

INGREDIENTS

- sliced peaches -blueberries -fresh lemon juice -tapioca starch or corn starch -cinnamon -gluten-free oats -almond flour -coconut sugar or brown sugar -coconut oil or butter

DIRECTIONS

Mix the filling ingredients and place in a shallow baking dish. Mix the ingredients for the crumb topping and sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, or until fruit begins to bubble and topping is lightly crisp. Allow to sit for 15 minutes before serving.
