Mix the oat flour, almond flour, flaxseeds, starch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl. 


In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, including the canned pumpkin. 


Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Then mix in the chocolate chips. 

Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes or until center is fully cooked. 


Allow bread to slightly cool before removing from loaf pan. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to fully cool before slicing.
