Gluten-free/ Dairy-free  Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS

almond flour rolled oats gluten-free flour cinnamon baking powder salt coconut oil  eggs pure maple syrup ripe bananas 

Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Next, add wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan and evenly scoop muffin batter into pan. Bake at 350-degrees F for 20-22 minutes.

Tips - use a spring loaded scoop for filling the muffin cups -use previously frozen bananas for better flavor

Perfectly fluffy and moist gluten-free banana muffins. Feel free to add chocolate chips or walnuts to the batter prior to baking.
