Warm apples, cinnamon, and a crisp oat topping…the ultimate fall food combo. Made with gluten-free ingredients, naturally sweetened,  with an option for dairy free, too!

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Peal and slice apples. Then add to a large bowl with cinnamon, coconut sugar, lemon juice, and starch.

STEP 2

Make crisp oat topping using gluten-free oats, gluten-free oat flour, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and coconut oil or butter.

STEP 3

Pour apples into an oven safe baking dish and sprinkle oat mixture on top of apples. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Allow to cool slightly then serve and enjoy!  Goes great with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
