honey (omit for whole30)
store-bought coleslaw mix
Whisk together 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 tbsp. honey (omit honey for whole30).
Place 5 cups coleslaw mix in a large mixing mixing bowl and add dressing to bowl.
Fully mix dressing in with coleslaw until coleslaw is evenly coated. Taste and add additional salt and/or pepper.
Best if allowed to chill in the fridge for an hour, but this whole30 and Paleo coleslaw can be served right away.
How to serve:
* Makes an easy side dish as is.
