These healthy roasted cauliflower steaks are perfectly seasoned and so satisfying!  These make a perfect side dish to any meal, or can be the main dish for a vegan meal.

INGREDIENTS

2 cauliflower heads 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. paprika  1/2 tsp. fine sea salt 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

STEP 1

Slice cauliflower heads into 1/2" to 3/4" slices to create your "steaks". 

STEP 2

Place cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and mix olive oil with seasonings. 

Brush each cauliflower steak with seasoning mix.

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven that's been preheated to 420. Flip cauliflower half way through baking time.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
