Easy Dairy-free Frittata

YOU WILL NEED

- eggs - spinach - garlic - onions - bell peppers - broccoli - dairy-free milk - salt & pepper

STEP 1

Sautee veggies with a extra-virgin olive oil in a large oven safe skillet (I like cast iron).

STEP 2

Meanwhile, grab your eggs, dairy-free milk, salt, and pepper and whisk together in a medium bowl. 

STEP 3

Add egg mixture to skillet and mix in with veggies. Continue cooking on stove until edges are set. 

STEP 4

Bake at 400-degrees F for 13-15 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from oven and slightly cool. 

This frittata is... -easy -loaded with veggies -customizable (add favorite veggies or pre-cooked sausage/meat of choice) - gluten free and dairy free

Tips... -add fresh herbs -don't overcook - eat for breakfast or dinner
