Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Honey & Goat Cheese

Creamy goat cheese and honey sprinkled over the best roasted Brussels sprouts. This is the only way to eat Brussels sprouts! 

INGREDIENTS:  -Brussels sprouts -extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil -salt -goat cheese crumbles -honey

Prep the Brussels sprouts by cutting the ends from each sprout and slicing in half lenght-wise.

Coat a cast iron skillet with the oil and add Brussels sprouts cut side down. Cook on the stove top until bottoms are crisp.

Sprinkle with salt and transfer dish to oven. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes, stirring half way through.

Add crumbed goat cheese and drizzle with honey. Add additional salt to taste.

Serve directly from skillet or transfer to a serving dish. This are best enjoyed immediately after cooking.
