This easy cilantro lime chicken marinade makes juicy, flavorful chicken every time. Perfect for grilling or baking up in your oven. 

INGREDIENTS

- chicken breasts -extra-virgin olive oil -cilantro -garlic cloves -lime juice and lime zest -ground cumin -salt -pepper

Start by mixing olive oil, chopped cilantro, chopped garlic, lime juice/zest, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken. 

Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes each side, or until 165 degrees F. Or bake at 425 for 20 minutes, or until cooked to 165 degrees F.

- Allow chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or cover and let sit in the fridge for up to 6 hours.   - You can use chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs.
