No-bake Chocolate Protein Bar Recipe

Homemade chocolate protein bars made with healthy ingredients. Great for a snack or post work-out treat.

INGREDIENTS  -natural peanut butter -honey -flaxseed meal -chocolate protein powder -cacao powder -vanilla extract -sea salt -chocolate chips -coconut oil

Add all protein bar ingredients to a large mixing bowl.  

Mix well until all ingredients are combined and a thick "dough" is formed. Mixture should resemble cookie dough.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and evenly push mixture into pan. 

If desired, top with melted chocolate. I also like to add sprinkles for my kids ;)

Allow bars to set in fridge. Once chocolate has hardened, remove from pan and cut into desired sized bars.
